Clare, a recognized veteran of the cyber and risk management industries, will assume overall responsibility for ICS’ cyber solutions strategy, including evolving its cyber risk-related offerings and client experience. In this role, Clare will lead the cyber risk product and client success teams tasked with enhancing and expanding ICS’ cutting-edge cyber risk monitoring and broader suite of related solutions that facilitate companies’ ability to effectively manage their cyber risk both at the enterprise level and throughout their value chain. Clare will guide the strategic direction and roadmap execution for all cyber use cases within ICS, including self-assessment, third party risk management (TPRM), insurance, and others.

Clare brings to the role more than twenty-five years of experience at Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO) and a demonstrated track record across multiple cyber risk and product management related roles. He served most recently as FICO’s Vice President of Fraud, Compliance, and Authentication Solutions, overseeing FICO’s fraud, compliance, authentication, and cyber risk product portfolio and driving innovation in software and applied analytics for these mission-critical use cases. Clare also led product management, development, and cloud delivery for FICO’s Cyber Risk Score and Cyber Threat Detection product lines in his prior role as Vice President of Cyber Security Solutions.
