Founded in 2002, Nordic Investor Services is a leading regional corporate governance advisory firm, helping institutional investors navigate a variety of complex governance issues across clients’ regional and global portfolios. The firm’s proxy voting service consists of tailormade proxy voting advice and services to enable timely and informed voting at general meetings around the world. Nordic Investor Services is led by Founder & Chair Helena Levander as well as CEO Oscar Bergman and comprises full-time staff spread across functions ranging from governance analysts to client services.
